Fajitas de pui photo

Fast food sanatos de facut acasa! 

4 PORTII 

8 lipii libaneze
300 gr cascaval ras
600 gr smantana
800 gr piept de pui taiat fasii
2 cepe mijlocii taiate julien
2 ardei (rosu, verde) taiati julien

marinata
20 ml sos Worchester
100 ml vin alb
50 ml zeama de lamaie
Sare, piper

salsa de rosii
6 rosii (semintele scoase) taiate cubulete
2 cepe rosii mici taiate cubulete
2 ardei iuti tocati
O legatura de patrunjel tocat
Sare, piper, zeama de lamaie (dupa gust)

Pieptul de pui, ceapa si ardeiul se pun intr-un vas. Se adauga ingredientele de marinata, se amesteca si se lasa cel putin 30 de minute. Apoi puiul si legumele se calesc la foc iute, in putin ulei, pana scade zeama complet.
Pentru salsa se amesteca ingredientele si se asezoneaza.
La servire se amenajeaza pe fiecare lipie smantana, cascaval, pui si salsa ( in proportiile dorite) si se ruleaza inchizand unul din capete (ca la sarmale).
