legume la cuptor cu parmezan photo

4 portii

300 gr morcov
300 telina (radacina sau tulpina)
300 gr ardei gras
500 gr brocolli desfacut in buchetele
2 cepe marisoare
1 lg sos de soia
1 l-ta ghimbir ras
½ l-ta oregano uscat
Ulei de masline, otet balsamic
Sare piper
O jumatate de cana de parmezan ras (cca 100 gr)

Legumele se curata se spala si se taie cubulete de 1 cm. Se pun intr-o tava impreuna cu brocolli desfacut in buchetele si cu condimentele si se amesteca bine.
Se dau la cuptorul incins la 220 grade (treapta 7 )pentru 20 minute. Se adauga parmezanul ras si se mai dau inca 5 minute pana  cand parmezanul se topeste.
Se pot servi ca atare langa un sos de iaurt cu chimion sau verdeata.
