Bagheta la gratar photo

Daca vreti sa iesiti la gratar aceasta bagheta cu unt cu verdeturi poate fi straterul ideal. 

O bagheta
200 gr unt la temperatura camerei
2 catei de usturoi (sau fire de usturoi verde) tocati
50 gr parmezan ras
O cana de verdeata tocata (patrunjel, marar, cimbru, busuioc, menta – ce aveti si ce va place)
Sare, Piper

Bagheta se taie in 2. Se cresteaza fiecare jumatate in felii pana aproape de baza (nu se taie de tot feliile). Celelalte ingrediente se amesteca pana formeaza o pasta. Se intinde apoi pasta de unt intre felii. La final se unge bagheta cu pasta si pe deasupra. Se ruleaza apoi in folie de aluminiu si se pune pe gratar cca 8 – 10 minute. Savuroasa !
