Vanata ”caprese”

Per portie

O vanata mica
2 rosii feliate
200 gr mozarella feliata
O lingurita de busuioc uscat
20 gr parmezan ras
Ulei de masline
Sare, piper

Vinetele se spala si se taie pe lung in fasii de cca 1 cm (Pastrati codita intreaga!). Se asezoneaza toate feliile cu sare, piper si busuioc. Se aseaza intre fiecare felie de vanata cate 2 felii de rosii si de mozarella. (Presarati si un pic de usturoi daca va place). Se stropeste cu putin ulei si se da vanata la cuptor 40 de minute la foc mediu (180 de grade). (Noi suntem fani branza asa ca la sfarsit eu am pus si niste parmezan ras)
