Varza de bruxelles la cuptor

2 portii 
450 grame de capatani de varza de Bruxelles (congelate)
150 gr mozarella
50 gr parmezan
un catel de usturoi
O lingura de ulei de masline
Sare, piper

Se fierbe varza (curatata de cotoare si spalata) in apa clocotita cu sare cca 5 minute (2-3 minute daca e congelata). Se lasa la scurs. Se amesteca apoi cu ulei de masline, usturoi pisat, sare si piper. Se rastorna intr-o tava de cuptor si se niveleaza intr-un singur strat. Cu fundul unui pahar se zdrobesc usor capatanile de varza, apoi se presara mozarella rasa si parmezan. Se da tava la cuptor la 200 de grade pentru 10 minute.
