Gratin de broccoli cu rosii si telemea

1 broccoli curatat si rupt in buchetele
150 gr telemea
2 rosii
20 gr unt
Sare, piper
20 gr parmezan
Pesmet

Broccoli se spala si se pune la fiert in apa cu sare. Dupa ce a fiert cca. 4 -5 minute (sa ramana putin “al dente”) se lasa la scurs. Rosiile se oparesc 30 de secunde in apa clocotita apoi se depieliteaza. Intre timp se unge o forma termorezistenta cu unt si se pudreaza cu pesmet. Se amesteca broccoli-ul cu telemeaua sfarmata, rosiile taiate marunt si o lingura de pesmet, apoi se toarna in forma. Deasupra se pune parmezan ras, se presara pesmet si se pun din loc in loc bucatele de unt. Se da vasul la cuptor (180 de grade) cca 25 de minute, pana cand mancarea prinde o crusta aurie. Merge bine si ca fel principal.
