Orez aromat cu chimion photo

O garnitura simpla si savuroasa. 

2 portii 

250 orez (o cana)
2 linguri de seminte chimion
O ceapa mica tocata
O lingurita de Garam Masala
2 ½ cani de supa de legume
Sare, piper,
20 gr unt

Se incinge untul intr-o oala incapatoare si se pune ceapa la calit pana devine sticloasa. Se adauga semintele de chimion si Garam Masala si se amesteca 1 minut (pana isi elibereaza aromele). Se adauga orezul, se amesteca asa incat sa fie bine acoperit de condimente si se adauga supa. Se aduce la punctul de fierbere si se da focul mic. Se fierbe mocnit cca 10 minute, apoi se stinge focul si se lasa acoperit inca 20 de minute.
