Iata o salata vie si plina de caracter capabila sa satisfaca gusturi diverse. Ca atare o puteti consuma langa un gratar sau branza coapta dar ea poate fi transformata si in fel principal de mancare daca ii adaugati paste, orez, bulgur, cus cus, quinoa…. 

Per portie

O mana (25 grame) de rucola
8 masline
4 rosii cherry injumatatite
Un fir de ceapa verde tocat
O lingurita de capere scurse
Sare, piper
Dressing
3 fileuri de ansoa maruntite
Coaja rasa de la o lamaie
2 linguri ulei de masline
½ lingura de zeama de lamaie
½ lingura otet de vin rosu
Piper proaspat macinat

Se amesteca rosiile, ceapa, maslinele si caperele si se aseaza pe farfurie pe un pat de rucola. Se asezoneaza cu putina sare si piper. La servire se stropesc cu dressing.
