Desert din quinoa photo

Un deliciu vegetarian (chiar vegan daca nu adaugati frisca). Iar daca va sperie costul unui pachet de quinoa puteti incerca cu grau…

4 portii 

¾  cana de quinoa (150g)
50 gr merisoare (sau cirese confiate)
500 ml apa
O mana de miez de nuca tocat.
1/2 de lingurita de scortisoara
50 ml rom
O lingurita esenta de vanilie
3 – 4 linguri de sirop de agave (sau miere)

Merisoarele (ciresele) se pun in rom pentru 30 de minute. Se fierbe quinoa la foc mic, aproximativ 20 min. Se stinge focul si se acopera 5-10 minute pana cand se absoarbe apa. Apoi, dupa ce quinoa s-a racit un pic se adauga, pe rand ingredientele. E un desert bun si de mic dejun!
