Canape's cu branza albastra, ceapa caramelizata si curmale photo

100 gr branza cu mucegai
100 gr crema de branza
O ceapa rosie taiata julien
O mana de curmale fara samburi
2 linguri otet balsamic
O lingurita zahar
10 gr unt
Biscuiti din faina integrala
Sare, Piper

Se caleste ceapa in unt 2 minute, se asezoneaza cu sare, piper si zahar si se adauga otetul balsamic. Se lasa la foc mic pana se evapora zeama (consistenta cepei va ajunge ca aceea a dulcetii). Branzeturile se omogenizeaza impreuna si se ung pe biscuiti. Seorneaza cu jumatati de curmale si o lingurita de ceapa caramelizata.
