Sos de castane photo

Un sos savuros alaturi de friptura de sarbatori.

O lingura de zahar
150 gr miez de castane (fierte sau coapte)
200 ml de smantana lichida
100 ml lapte (optional)
150 gr camembert
Sare,piper

Se presara lingura de zahar pe fundul unei cratite si se pune pe foc mic. Cand incepe sa se caramelizeze se aduaga castanele taiate in bucatele si se amesteca bine.Se adauga apoi smantana lichida iar cand aceasta incepe sa fiarba se adauga branza taiata bucati. Se asezoneaza si se amesteca pana la topirea completa. Daca ramane prea gros se mai poate adauga lapte. Foarte bun alaturi de fiptura de curcan….
