O garnitura (sau fel principal) din bucataria Siciliana.

4 portii

O vanata taiata cubulete
Un ardei feliat
2 catei de usturoi tocati
O ceapa rosie tocata
O cutie “passata” de rosii (400 ml)
2 lingurite de capere scurse
O lingura de masline fara samburi tocate
Un praf de oregano
O lingura de otet balsamic
Sare, piper
Ulei

Ceapa se pune la calit in putin ulei. Se adauga vanata, se amesteca bine iar dupa 1 minut se adauga 50 ml de apa. Se lasa la gatit cca 5 minute amestecand des. Se adauga apoi ardeiul, passata, maslinele, caperele, usturoiul si otetul. Se drege de sare, piper si oregano si se lasa cca 15 minute amestecand sa nu se prinda. (Daca o vreti mai lichida mai puteti adauga un pic de apa).
