1 kg sfecla
2 cartofi medii
O ceapa
O lingura de seminte de chimion
Sare, piper

Se curata sfecla si se taie cubulete. La fel si ceapa si cartofii. Se pun legumele le fiert, la foc moderat in cca 700 ml de apa cu sare. Se adauga chimionul. Se lasa la fiert cca 30 – 40 de minute (la nevoie se mai adauga apa). Cand sfecla s-a inmuiat se salveaza o parte de zeama (daca a ramas prea multa). Aceasta se poate adauga daca piureul ramane prea consistent. Se pun legumele in blender si se asezoneaza dupa gust. Simplu si sanatos!
