Sos sicilian photo

Un sos picant si versatil. Merge foarte bine alaturi de peste, pui sau mancaruri cu orez.

4 portii 

3 rosii
1 ceapa
50 gr masline fara samburi
O mana patrunjel tocat
½ lingurita boia
1 ardei gras tocat
1 ardei iute tocat

Ulei de masline

Ceapa se toaca si se pune la calit in putin ulei de masline. Se adauga ardeiul si ardeiul iute si se lasa cca 2 minute pana se inmoaie. Se adauga rosiile curatate si taiate cubulete, sarea, maslinele taiate in jumatati, patrunjelul si boiaua. Se lasa pe foc mic cca 5 minute sa scada zeama.
