Sunt de principiu ca mancarea nu trebuie aruncata. Si de multe ori gatesc cu ce ramane de la mese anterioare. Si iese chiar bun!

Astazi mai aveam niste aluat de foietaj prin frigider si ceva pasta de la Pastravul umplut din week end. Asa ca am procedat la a taia niste patrate din aluat si a le umple cu pasta la fel ca in reteta de Trigonele cu legume. Apoi le-am dat cu galbenus de ou si.. la cuptor pana s-au rumenit. Atat de simplu…si atat de savuros!
