Cartofi umpluti la cuptor photo

8 cartofi
50 gr unt
100 ml lapte
200 gr cascaval ras
100 gr telemea rasa
100 gr rosii uscate
Sare, piper

Cartofii se pregatesc la fel ca in reteta de cartofi copti cu legume. Cand s-au copt se taie in jumatati. Miezul se scobeste cu o lingurita si se amesteca cu untul, laptele, jumatate din cantitatea de cascaval, branza telemea si rosiile uscate taiate marunt. Se asezoneaza de sare si piper. Cu aceasta compozitie se reumplu jumatatile de cartofi, deasupra se presara restul de cascaval si se dau la cutpor pentru 20 de minute. Se potrivesc bine de tot alaturi de o salata verde. Simplu si bun!
