O reteta perfecta de pus pe bruschette sau crostini.

200 gr masline fara samburi
2 fileuri de ansoa (optional)
Un catel de usturoi tocat
2 linguri de capere
2-3 frunze de busuioc
O lingura de  zeama de lamaie
Cca 2 linguri de ulei de masline

Cel mai simplu mod de a obtine acest preparat este sa puneti intr-un mixer toate ingredientele turnand uleiul dupa ce mai intai le-ati maruntit un pic. Se pot toca si amesteca si manual. Daca doriti un preparat de post puteti omite fileurile de ansoa.
