Extrem de simpla si racoroasa

O radacina de telina de cca 800 gr
Zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie
100 ml de smantana
O lingurita de mustar de Dijon
2 linguri de maioneza
2 castraveti murati tocati
Sare, piper

Telina se curata si se taie julien (sau se rade). Apoi se amesteca cu zeama de lamaie ca sa nu se oxideze. Din celelalte ingrediente se face un sos care se amesteca bine cu telina. Se da la rece pana la servire. Se poate adauga patrunjel tocat.
