Sos de spanac cu tarhon photo

Am folosit sosul acesta alaturi de trigonele cu legume si am martori ca e o combinatie foarte reusita.

100 ml lapte
100 gr crema de branza
O lingura de smantana
O lingura de tarhon maruntit (sau ½ lingura tarhon uscat)
50 gr de spanac tanar
O lingura zeama de lamaie
O lingurita de mustar
Sare, Piper

Crema de branza se amesteca cu laptele (la temperatura camerei) pana se omogenizeaza. Se adauga smantana, zeama de lamaie, mustarul, sare si piper. Spanacul se toaca marunt si se omogenizeaza in sos impreuna su tarhonul. Se lasa cca o ora inainte de servire.
