500 gr spanac
30 gr unt
30 gr faina
300 ml lapte
2 catei de usturoi tocati
Sare, piper

Spanacul se spala si se opareste in apa sarata pentru cateva minute. Se scurge apoi si se toaca. Intr-un vas se topeste untul, se adauga faina si apoi laptele amestecand continuu. Cand sosul s-a omogenizat adaugam spanacul, usturoiul tocat si dregem de sare si piper.
Lasam sa fiarba acoperit la foc mic cateva minute. E foarte potrivit cu oua ochi sau friganele.
