1 conopida curatata si rupta in buchetele
100 gr parmezan ras
30 gr unt
Sare, piper
Pesmet

Conopida curatata se spala si se pune la fiert in apa cu sare.
Dupa ce a fiert cca. 8 -10 minute (incercati cu o furculita coditele buchetelelor) se lasa la scurs. Intre timp se unge o forma termorezistenta cu unt si se pudreaza cu pesmet. Se toarna conopida amestecata cu jumatate din cantitatea de parmezan si 2 linguri de pesmet, se niveleaza iar deaspura se pune restul de parmezan, se presara pesmet si se pun din loc in loc buchetele de unt. Se da la cuptor pana cand prinde o crusta aurie. Merge bine ca si garnitura sau cu salate, muraturi.
