Ghiveci de toamna photo

Combinatiile pot fi nenumarate. Practic orice legume aveti la indemana in cantitati variabile vor face din aceasta mancare o masa gustoasa, hranitoare si sanatoasa. Eu am avut asa: 

4 portii

2 cartofi mari
O ceapa
2 morcovi
Un dovlecel
3 rosii
200 gr fasole pastai
Un ardei
Sare, piper, patrunjel uscat

Se spala, se curata si sa taie grosier legumele. Se pun la fiert, la foc mic, in apa cu sare, cat sa le acopere. Se lasa pana devin moi. La nevoie se mai adauga apa. Se asezoneaza si gata…. Sunt bune si reci.
