Mancare savuroasa, de post, buna si calda si rece, si de sine statatoare dar si ca si garnitura… alegerea va apartine!

6 portii

2 vinete
2 ardei tocati
2 cepe tocate
O cutie de rosii cuburi (800 ml)
Un pahar de bulion
Sare, piper
Ulei

Ceapa si ardeiul se pun la calit, in putin ulei, timp de 3 – 4 minute. Se adauga vinetele coapte, decojite, scurse si tocate grosier.
Se toarna rosiile si bulionul, se drege mancarea de sare si piper si se lasa la foc mic (mestecand des) cca 25 de minute.
