Legume la gratar photo

4 portii

2 vinete medii
2 dovlecei medii
2 ardei
2 borcane de iaurt (de 140 ml)
O lingura de ulei de masline
Zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie
O lingura de seminte de chimion
Sare, piper, oregano

Vinetele de decojesc in “zebra” si se taie in felii de cca 1 cm. Dovleceii se spala si se taie in felii (in diagonala de preferinta) de cca 1 cm grosime. Ardeii se spala si se taie in fasii.
Legumele se prajesc pe gratar (vinetele cca 3 -4 minute, ardeii si dovleceii cca 4 – 5 minute). Se asezoneaza cu sare, piper si oregano.
Din iaurt cu ulei , zeama de lamaie si semintele de chimion se amesteca un sos care se asezoneaza. Noi am pus si niste telemea proaspata alaturi…and relax!
