Sote de spanac si loboda photo

3 portii

500 gr spanac
300 gr frunze de loboda
2 fire usturoi verde
150 ml smantana dulce
Sare, Piper,
20 gr unt

Se curata verdeata de coditele mai groase si se spala in mai multe ape. Intr-o oala incapatoare se pun la fiert 4 litri de apa cu o lingura rasa de sare. Se oparesc verdeturile timp de 3-4 minute,apoi se scot si se lasa la scurs. Se topeste untul intr-o cratita, se adauga usturoiul verde tocat (intai partea alba apoi si cea verde), se lasa la calit cca. 2 minute, apoi se adauga verdeturile tocate marunt. Se amesteca cca 1 minut dupa care se adauga smantana si se asezoneaza.
Se poate servi ca atare sau langa carne, carnaciori, oua, ¬†friganele…
