E vremea socului. Reconfortanta si naturala socata are si ea mai multe variante. Noua ne place urmatoarea:

8 -10 flori de soc
6 litri de apa
700 gr zahar (daca va place mai dulce puteti merge pana la 1 kg)
100 gr de zahar pentru caramelizat
2 linguri otet de mere
O lamaie feliata
O mana de stafide

Florile de soc se spala si se pun cu apa intr-un borcan/vas incapator. Se adauga zaharul, stafidele si lamaia.Intr-o craticioara se pune zaharul la topit la foc mic. Cand a devenit aramiu se stinge cu otetul de mere si se toarna in borcan. Se amesteca totul bine si se acopera.Se lasa minimum 48 de ore amestecand din cand in cand apoi se scoate in sticle si se tine la rece.
