Sos de pasti photo

Un sos care acompaniaza cu drag orice aperitive puneti pe masa de pasti (oua, branza, verdeturi, mezel)

5 galbenusuri de ou fierte si faramitate
Un galbenus de ou crud
350 ml ulei vegetal
O lingura de mustar
O legatura si jumatate de ceapa verde
3 linguri de smantana
Un borcan de iaurt de 140 de gr
O lingurita de sos worchester (optional)
Sare, piper,

Se face o maioneza din galbenusul crud, mustar si jumatate cantitatea de ulei. Se adauga apoi ouale fierte faramitate si restul de ulei amestecand constant. Cand sosul ajunge la consistenta unei maioneze vartoase se adauga smantana, iaurtul,sosul worchester, ceapa tocata marunt si se drege de sare si piper.

Sarbatori luminoase si linsitite!
