500 gr fasole boabe
Un ardei rosu tocat
O ceapa rosie tocata
O foaie de dafin
1 lingura de pasta de tomate
Sare, piper, cimbru uscat
Ulei

 

Fasolea se pune la inmuiat in apa si se lasa cateva ceasuri (preferabil peste noapte). Se pune la fiert in apa cu putina sare 30 – 40 de minute (depinde de fasole).
Ceapa si ardeiul se pun la calit, in putin ulei, timp de 3 – 4 minute. Se adauga fasolea, pasta de tomate, foaia de dafin si putina din apa in care a fiert fasolea. Se condimenteaza. Se lasa la foc mic pana scade. Se poate presara verdeata la sfarsit.

Personal imi place mult a doua zi rece.
