Supa de legume cu boabe de mei

3 -4 portii

2 morcovi medii
Un ardei gras rosu
O ceapa mare
O tija de telina tulpina (sau 50 gr radacina)
O jumatate de cana de seminte de mei
Sare, piper
O lingura de ulei
O lingurita zeama de lamaie (optional)
O mana de patrunjel tocat

Legumele se toaca si se calesc in ulei cca 2 minute. Se adauga semintele de mei si se mai calesc 3 minute impreuna.
Se adauga apa, se asezoneaza generos cu sare si piper,  se adauga zeama de lamaie si se lasa la fiert 20 – 25 minute.
Se serveste cu verdeata presarata si o lingura de smantana (optional)
