3 -4 portii

O gulie mare sau doua medii
2 morcovi
O ceapa
Un cub de legume
Sare piper
140 gr iaurt (un borcan mic)
O lingurita de amidon alimentar
Patrunjel tocat
O lingurita zeama de lamaie (optional)

Se curata ceapa dar se lasa intreaga. Se curata morcovii si se taie bastonase. Se pun legumele la fiert in cca 1,5 l de apa rece. Dupa ce au fiert cca 2 -3 minute se adauga gulia curatata si taiata bastonase. Se adauga cubul de legume si se lasa la fiert cca 10 minute. Se asezoneaza cu sare si piper.
Intre timp se amesteca iaurtul cu lingurita de amidon si se lungeste cu 2 – 3 linguri de supa. Cand legumele sunt fierte, se scoate ceapa, se da focul la minimum si se toarna mestecand continuu amestecul de iaurt. Se mai lasa sa dea doua clocote, se adauga zeama de lamaie si patrunjelul tocat.
