Simpla si viu colorata aceasta salata poate fi o masa de sine statatoare sau poate constitui garnitura la diferite alte feluri.

2 portii

400 gr sfecla fiarta si taiata cubulete
1 cutie de 200 gr de porumb
O mana de miez de nuca maruntit
100 gr branza de capra
2 linguri de otet balsamic
1 lingura de ulei de masline
Sare, Piper

Sfecla se taie cubulete si se stropeste cu otet si ulei. Se amesteca cu porumbul si se asezoneaza. Intr-o tigaie non aderenta, la foc mic se prajeste nuca amestecand constant pana devine un pic maronie. La servire se rup bucatele de branza de capra care se adauga in farfurii si se presara nuca prajita.
