O reteta perfecta ca aperitiv, garnitura sau fel principal la cina, alaturi de paine sau legume (morcovi, gulii, tulpini de telina) taiate in bastonase.

 3 – 4 portii

O conserva mare de naut (sau o cana plina cu boabe de naut uscate – lasate la inmuiat cateva ore)
O lingura si jumatate de pasta de susan (tahini) – optional.
Zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie
O jumatate de lingurita de chimion macinat
Cca 2 linguri de ulei de masline
Sare si piper

Nautul se fierbe in apa cu sare cca 20 de minute pana se inmoaie si se lasa apoi la scurs (pastrati cca 100 ml din lichidul in care a fiert). Nautul din conserva se scurge, pastrand si aici ceva din lichid.
Se amesteca toate ingredientele. Se asezoneaza dupa gust. Daca este prea groasa, pasta se subtiaza cu lichidul pastrat (sau cu apa de la fiert.)
