300 gr linte rosie
Un ardei rosu tocat
O ceapa rosie tocata
O cutie de rosii cuburi (400 ml)
600 ml supa de legume
Sare, piper
Ulei
O mana de verdeata tocata

Ceapa si ardeiul se pun la calit, in putin ulei, timp de 3 – 4 minute. Se adauga lintea si se amesteca timp de cca 1 minut.

Se toarna supa si rosiile, se aduce la fierbere, se acopera si se lasa cca 10 – 15 minute.

Se asezoneaza iar la servire se presara cu verdeata tocata.
