4 portii
250 gr branza de vaci cremoasa (sau mascarpone/ricotta)
2 borcane mici de iaurt
4 linguri de miere
4 linguri de zeama de lamaie
O lingurita de esenta de vanilie
100 gr. Fructe maruntite (eu am folosit samburi de rodie)
4 felii de fruct pentru decor
2 lingurite de dulceata (optional) pentru decor

Intr-un bol se amesteca branza cu iaurtul, mierea, sucul de lamaie si esenta de vanilie. Se adauga fructele maruntite.

Se toarna compozitia in 4 cupe se decoreaza dupa plac si posibilitati si se tine la frigider pana in momentul servirii.
