Conopida cu branza la cuptor

1 kg conopida curatata si rupta in buchetele
200 gr telemea maturata
150 gr cascaval
1 borcan iaurt (140 gr)
200 ml smantana
20 gr unt
Sare
Piper
Pesmet
Putina verdeata

Se unge o forma termorezistenta cu unt si se pudreaza cu pesmet.

Conopida curatata se spala si se pune la fiert in apa cu sare.

Dupa ce a fiert cca. 8 -10 minute (incercati cu o furculita coditele buchetelelor) se lasa la scurs si se amesteca cu telemeaua razuita, 100 gr. cascaval ras, 100 ml smantana amestecata cu iaurt si verdeata, sare, piper si putin pesmet.

Se toarna amestecul in forma, se niveleaza iar deasupra se pune restul de smantana in amestec si cascaval ras.

Se da la cuptorul incins la medium (190 grade) timp de cca 20 de minute.

Merge bine cu ardei copti, muraturi sau salata.
